Key Responsibilities:
1. Content Creation and Posting:
a. Develop, create, and schedule engaging and visually appealing content for our social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn).
b. Develop interactive quizzes, polls, or assessments to engage the audience and collect valuable insights about their preferences and needs.
c. Assist in the design and implementation of social media campaigns.
d. Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all social media platforms.
2. Community Engagement:
a. Monitor social media channels for comments, messages, and mentions, and respond promptly and professionally.
b. Engage with our audience by liking, commenting, and sharing relevant posts.
c. Foster and grow our online community by building relationships with followers and influencers.
3. Analytics and Reporting:
a. Track and analyze social media performance metrics and provide regular reports.
b. Identify trends and insights to optimize content and strategies.
c. Assist in conducting competitor analysis to identify opportunities and challenges.
4. Strategy Development:
a. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement social media strategies that align with business goals.
b. Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices.
c. Suggest innovative ideas to increase engagement and reach.
5. Brand Representation:
a. Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring that all social media interactions reflect the company’s values and culture.
b. Assist in managing social media collaborations and partnerships. Identify and initiate partnerships with influencers, brands, and other relevant accounts to expand reach and enhance engagement.
6. Intersectional Approach: Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop and execute integrated social media campaigns and initiatives.
Requirements:
1. Master's/Bachelor’s degree in Creative, or related field.
2. Strong understanding of social media platforms and trends.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
4. Creative mindset with a keen eye for design and detail.
5. Basic knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Spark).
6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Strong organizational and time management skills.
8. Enthusiasm for social media and digital marketing.
